My name is John Garlick DDS and I was introduced to Chris by my Patterson sales rep, Lisa Davis, RDH. I was interested in finding the next dentist for my practice and, after speaking with Lisa, decided using a broker would be the best choice. 

From the very first meeting at my office, Chris was friendly and straightforward about the process and costs of selling my practice and building. He did a thorough analysis of my practice and the building and gave me a fair market price for both that we agreed upon. 

Chris placed ads in several locations to help market my practice. We openly told people about it and I got some compliments and “well wishes” and had some interest from buyers, but nothing that was acceptable to me.
